Translation projects frequently involve special category data: medical records, court proceedings, immigration documents, financial information. We process this exclusively for translation purposes, relying on GDPR Article 9(2)(f) (legal claims) or explicit client consent. All linguists handling sensitive materials are NDA-bound and subject to applicable professional codes of conduct.
