1. Digital Delivery

All translations delivered digitally. Sworn physical documents shipped by tracked courier (DHL/FedEx). Formats match source unless otherwise agreed.

2. Timelines

Coastal: 5 days. Oceanic: 16 days. Circumnavigation: 28 days. Express (48h): Up to 3,000 words. Rate: 2,500 words/day/linguist. Timelines from receipt of final source materials.

3. Formats

Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, InDesign, HTML, XML, XLIFF, JSON, PO, SRT/VTT/STL. TM in TMX. Glossaries in TBX/Excel.

4. Acceptance

7 working days to review. 14 days non-response = deemed accepted. Updated: March 2026.
